HIMS-BESTTM Business Excellence Software Solutions
HIMS-BEST™ is a comprehensive management system. HIMS assists organizations upgrade, transform, achieve sustainable development, and move toward business excellence through digitalization with our proprietary HIMS-BEST™ Business Excellence Software Solutions and harnessing the Total Factor Productivity (TFP) of the organizations.

SDMS® (Strategic Deployment Management System): SDMS® translates an organization's mission into measurable corporate goals, which are then cascaded into strategic goals and finally into operational goals. Likewise, SDMS® translates an organization's vision into measurable strategic thrusts, which are then cascaded into strategic goals, and finally into operational initiatives.
HOCI® (Continuous Improvement Management System): HOCI® provides a preventive-based continuous improvement management system for all employees to continuously improve their processes throughout the organization. HOCI® consists of two supporting modules, SDMS-PC® and KOFK®.
SDMS-PC® (SDMS® Performance Card): SDMS-PC® ensures that all employees identify, monitor, and eliminate the root cause of all the problems in the processes.
KOFK® (Key of the Keys management system): KOFK® ensures that the management staff identify, monitor, and manage the key of the keys processes throughout the organization and eliminate any potentially disastrous problems in the bud.
HIMS-ISO™ (HIMS®-International Standards Organization series): When HIMS® is integrated with the ISO International Standards Organization series, HIMS-ISO™ will ensure that in addition to complying with the requirements of the ISO International Standards Organization series, all staff are focused on achieving the organization goals and moving towards business excellence.
